Martin's Cleaning Services provides Deep Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, Apartment Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Restaurant Cleaning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. Martin's Cleaning Services (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Account Closure. Martin's Cleaning Services reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by SC law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in SC for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
